Official material presents zombies in two broad roles: workers supporting automation and troops in an undead army led by the Grand Inquisitor.
Zombie production
The recipe database includes zombie-related operations such as the PR Machine workforce-limit upgrades (from +10 zombies for a week up to +80), and zombie gear like collars appears in the items database. Combat uses of the zombie army are covered under the combat system.
