Graveyard Keeper 2 Update 1.007 Patch Notes
Update 1.007 fixes crashes, item duplication exploits, workstation bugs and quest progression; rolling out to consoles.
Overview
Update 1.007 was published on September 28, 2026. Lazy Bear Games later confirmed it is available on PS5 and Xbox, with PS4, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 versions expected the following week — treat that as an estimate, not a guarantee.
Crashes, zombies and collisions
- Fixed repeated exception pop-ups that could break a session
- Fixed a zombie-caretaker inventory-pickup crash
- Zombies now earn red tech points for winning fights
- Fixed stuck states on pier stairs and at a hatch with a workbench
- Cleaned up collisions involving pushed players, workstations and chests
Exploit and item fixes
- Fixed item-duplication exploits, including bag-to-bag and alchemy/farmer-bag abuse
- Dynamite can now be destroyed or sold
Crafting, workstations and farming
- Fixed study-table science rewards and unstudiable items
- The potter's wheel no longer gets stuck on Craft
- Polished stone can now be obtained
- Tempering Expert now grants its mastery bonus correctly
